March 1997 : He animated with Serge Fauchereau a « Workshop/meetings » (Atelier de rencontre) at the E.N.S.A.D., about the 30's.
7th March 1997 : Boris Taslitzky is appointed distinguished member of the Legion d'Honneur by Maurice Kriegel-Valrimont at the City Hall of the 6th district of Paris.

16 - 28 September 2001 : Retrospective exhibition at,
the Niemeyer Space,
headquarter of the communist party in Paris, for the occasion of Boris Taslitzky's 90th birthday.
Boris Taslitzky travels through the dedicated retrospective exhibition in celebration of his 90th birthday at the headquarters of the French Communist Party (PCF). During Vernissage he meets Jorge Semprun.
2001 : He exhibited at the National Assembly « The Wall of the Federates » within the exhibition « The Commune is 130 years old ».

...a year later his wife Suzanne's death, the 16th December 2004. He is buried by her side in the cemetery of Montparnasse in Paris.
